Hello family, friends and colleagues!

On June 22nd, I am joining Team Flames and participating in an all-day fundraiser called motionball Marathon of Sport. All funds raised at the event are donated to the Special Olympics Canada Foundation. Throughout the day, I will be competing alongside local Special Olympics athletes in a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, kickball, bench ball, flag football and floor hockey!

Marathon of Sport Calgary is part of a larger national movement called motionball for Special Olympics, a non-profit organization that empowers young Canadians to be leaders in their communities, raising funds and awareness for Special Olympics so that individuals with intellectual disabilities can lead happier, healthier lives. Special Olympics provides opportunities for over 47,000 Canadians with intellectual disabilities to experience the transformative power of sport. Today, motionball proudly hosts over 40 events across Canada and has delivered over $10.8 million to the Special Olympics Canada Foundation!.

For more information on motionball please visit www.motionball.com.

I am so happy and excited to participating this year! Please consider helping me reach my goal and support this amazing cause!

Thank you very much in advance for your support!

Kati
