Hi everyone!! I wanted to just ask for your support in raising funds for the Special Olympics Foundation via the Marathon of Sport here in Calgary. I participated in this event last year and it was amazing to spend time and compete with the Special Olympic Athletes. Their funding to participate and compete completely relies on donations from people like you and through events such as the Marathon of Sport.

On June 24, I am participating in the all-day fundraiser called Marathon of Sport. All funds raised at the event are donated to the Special Olympics Canada Foundation. Throughout the day, I will be competing alongside local Special Olympics athletes in a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, kickball, bench ball, flag football and floor hockey.

Marathon of Sport is organized by motionball. motionball is a not-for-profit whose mandate is to introduce the next generation of donors, volunteers and sponsors to the Special Olympics movement through integrated social and sporting events. motionball now proudly hosts 24 annual events in 17 cities across the country. Through these events and since inception in 2002, motionball has donated over $7,500,000 to the Special Olympics Canada Foundation.

Please help support this amazing cause by giving any amount you think is reasonable!

Thank you very much for your support,
Henry
