On June 10, I am participating in an all-day fundraiser at the Electronic Arts Campus in Burnaby BC, called the Marathon of Sport. All funds raised at the event are donated to the Special Olympics Canada Foundation. Throughout the day, I will be competing alongside local Special Olympics athletes in a variety of sports such as beach volleyball, european handball, ultimate, bocce, soccer, Special Olympics Functional Training, BUMP, benchball and an obstacle course.

Marathon of Sport is organized by Motionball. Motionball is a not-for-profit whose mandate is to introduce the next generation of donors, volunteers and sponsors to the Special Olympics movement through integrated social and sporting events. Motionball now proudly hosts 24 annual events in 15 cities across the country and through these events and since inception in 2002, Motionball has donated over $7,500,000 to the Special Olympics Canada Foundation.

If you'd like to join me, let me know - it's an amazing day! If you're unable to join me, but would still like to support me, please feel free to donate here: https://www.marathonofsport.com/sponsor/?r=12690
